STEPANAKERT (ArmRadio)–Members from the Armenian Revolutionary Federation’s governing Bureau and Artsakh Central Committee were in Stepanakert on Wednesday meeting with Karabakh President Bako Sahakian for talks on foreign and domestic issues facing the mountainous republic. The meeting was attended by ARF Bureau Representative Hrant Markarian and ARF Central Committee of Artsakh Representative David Ishkhanyan.
